VAT Refund Pty Ltd provides a high level of professional service to maximise the refund entitlement for our client. We simply undertake all of the necessary procedures to expedite your VAT refund claim and handle all of the steps to ensure that you are not unduly inconvenienced with the processes of foreign bureaucracies. VAT recovery is our sole activity, so we have developed close liaison with all relevant taxation Authorities as well as having an astute awareness of all imposed claim deadlines and eligibility criteria.

Fees are determined on either of the following basis:

• Clients that are not required to be registered for VAT and DO NOT make "taxable supplies" in any EU country. This is where expenses only are incurred and NO income is derived whilst in the country-of-claim. Our services are provided on a No Recovery - No fee basis. Our clients are charged on a contingency fee arrangement, whereby a percentage of the refund obtained, will be your only cost. Our fee percentage ranges from the initial appointment rate of 25% of the refund, to a varying rate (25% - 10%) depending upon the value and frequency of claims. All processing costs incurred by VAT Refund P/L are included in this fee structure.



• Where a client does need to become registered for VAT purposes because they do engage in "taxable supplies" then an initial registration fee is charged together with an on-going (quarterly) reconciliation fee based upon the volume of documents that form each claim period.
